Modular Home Storm Damage
Modular homes can be challenging to dry out. When they are built they typically start at the bottom and add layers as they build up. It can be difficult to trace the flow of water when you have trouble accessing the spaces between and under the walls and flooring. Vinyl flooring is installed on the underlayment and the walls and cabinets can be installed on top of the flooring!
