Supporting Local Chapter of The Salvation Army
12/27/2021 (Permalink)
Every year over 25,000 volunteers with red kettles ring bells in front of retail stores to help raise money for the Salvation Army relief efforts.
The Lodi Salvation Army is heavily involved in the community providing year round services and programs to low income families, children and the homeless. They offer overnight shelter and meals to families in time of need and provide disaster relief in times of tragedy.
The Salvation Army was founded in 1865 in London England and gained prominence in the United States after the Galveston Hurricane of 1900 and the San Francisco earthquake of 1906.
SERVPRO of Amador/Calaveras Counties happily supports the Lodi Salvation Army and their generous volunteers!
